We are fully compliant with the Government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. Our trained staff wear shoe covers, a mask, and disposable gloves for each internal clean, and will be socially distancing from anyone within the household.
All interior cleans are carried out using the traditional window cleaning method with purified water and a cleaning detergent instead of tap water. All we ask is that you have removed all personal belongings from window sills or any nearby areas that would obstruct our trained staff from accessing the windows and carrying out a professional clean inside your property.

This varies from 4 to 12-week intervals depending on the property and your budget.
When we initially quote for your clean, we will set up a schedule of cleans to suit you and contact you by text and email to inform you of the week we will be wishing to come. We will directly contact those who are required to give us special access to the rear of the property or internally to confirm a day and time slot for that week.
Many of our clients prefer to pay by cash, but we also accept card payments and bank transfers.
If you aren't home when we visit (and even if you are home!), we will send you an invoice immediately after the clean with details on how to pay and provide receipts once payments are made.
