It is a ladderless cleaning system that allows windows to be cleaned from the safety of the ground using long-reaching, telescopic poles. A soft-bristled brush is used to scrub the dirt off the glass while jets of pure water rinse the window.
The purification process removes all mineral and particle pollutants from the water, enabling it to evaporate without leaving any trace deposits behind. No squeegees or other drying techniques are needed for this spot-free result. The brush system also means we clean your frames too at no extra cost!

While it is more pleasant for our staff to clean your windows on nice dry days, living in the UK means this isn't always possible as it may have rained just before or just after our staff cleans—even if it's not raining while they are working on your windows, which we generally strive to avoid.
Dirty windows are caused by dust, pollen, polluted air, and other unavoidable solid dirt such as bird droppings.
If rain falls on a dirty window, it will mix with the elements on the window, leaving a mess behind. In contrast, if rain falls on a newly cleaned window using purified water, it will not show any marks.
We are fully compliant with the Government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. Our trained staff wear shoe covers, a mask, and disposable gloves for each internal clean, and will be socially distancing from anyone within the household.
All interior cleans are carried out using the traditional window cleaning method with purified water and a cleaning detergent instead of tap water. All we ask is that you have removed all personal belongings from window sills or any nearby areas that would obstruct our trained staff from accessing the windows and carrying out a professional clean inside your property.
Once we have left the room, belongings can be replaced.
We offer cleans at intervals that suit your needs and provide excellent results.
This varies from 4 to 12-week intervals depending on the property and your budget.
When we initially quote for your clean, we will set up a schedule of cleans to suit you and contact you by text and email to inform you of the week we will be wishing to come. We will directly contact those who are required to give us special access to the rear of the property or internally to confirm a day and time slot for that week.
Many of our clients prefer to pay by cash, but we also accept card payments and bank transfers.
If you aren't home when we visit (and even if you are home!), we will send you an invoice immediately after the clean with details on how to pay and provide receipts once payments are made.
