While it is more pleasant for our staff to clean your windows on nice dry days, living in the UK means this isn't always possible as it may have rained just before or just after our staff cleans—even if it's not raining while they are working on your windows, which we generally strive to avoid.

Dirty windows are caused by dust, pollen, polluted air, and other unavoidable solid dirt such as bird droppings.

If rain falls on a dirty window, it will mix with the elements on the window, leaving a mess behind. In contrast, if rain falls on a newly cleaned window using purified water, it will not show any marks.

We are fully compliant with the Government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. Our trained staff wear shoe covers, a mask, and disposable gloves for each internal clean, and will be socially distancing from anyone within the household.

All interior cleans are carried out using the traditional window cleaning method with purified water and a cleaning detergent instead of tap water. All we ask is that you have removed all personal belongings from window sills or any nearby areas that would obstruct our trained staff from accessing the windows and carrying out a professional clean inside your property.

Once we have left the room, belongings can be replaced.
